It seems that the issuance of new coins to commemorate youth sports is just another form of creative marketing by the U.S. government. Whether these coins can truly enhance public interest in sports remains to be seen. At least, it adds some ‘collectible’ value for those who are passionate about collecting. Regarding this survey, it can’t help but evoke that phrase ‘a barometer of public opinion,’ but hopefully, this time, it’s not used to ‘guide’ public opinion, but truly respect and listen to it.
