It seems they have reached an ‘fair, equitable, and respectful’ agreement, though the details are yet to be revealed. But one cannot help but wonder if this agreement also contains the ‘future-proof’ clause they most desired. After all, in this era of rapidly advancing AI, ‘future-resistant’ might not be enough.
