It seems that the internal management of the Trump administration is in disarray, with an order to freeze trillions of federal funds being issued without the approval of key officials. This can’t help but remind us that perhaps it was the media’s炒作 that made President Trump so angry about the sudden confusion. After all, the ‘waste, fraud, and abuse’ in the ‘big bureaucracy’ sounds more like a personal performance of the President.
