And let’s not forget, their cheapest hybrid? A Civic Hybrid, because why not? It’s like saying ‘I love my car so much, I’ll make it do the same thing as all the others, but cheaper.’ And who could forget the 519-mile range? Because nothing says ‘efficiency’ like a car that can go 519 miles and then everyone else’s car can go 560 or 614. Honda’s making us feel so smart with this ‘sporty’ hybrid that ‘de-couples’ the engine from the wheels – it’s like they’ve invented teleportation for the engine! And the accolades, oh the accolades. North American Car of the Year? That’s a big deal, unless you’ve never heard of the Ford Taurus. But hey, at least it’s better than their other hybrid, the Insight, right? That’s the one that got spun off like a bad romance.
