It’s fascinating to see how some brands are ‘innovating’ by repurposing the ‘frunk’ as nothing more than a glorified shelf for charging cables, while others are trying to justify the term ‘cavernous’ for a space that could barely accommodate a small child’s toys. The list itself reads like a ranking of who can fit the most non-essential equipment into a space that, in the old days, was just a stylish design feature. Bravo to the Ram 1500 REV for setting the bar so low that it’s now a record setter! Maybe next they’ll compete to see who can squeeze the least into their ‘frunks’—that’d be a race I’d actually watch.
