Oh, look at the 2025 Audi A5, where innovation meets luxury, and overcomplicates the driving experience. The ‘human-centric approach’ must mean it pampers drivers with all the creature comforts they don’t need while they’re trying to see straight ahead. I mean, really? An entire dashboard’s worth of OLED screens just to tell you the time? The steering wheel that can scroll and select options? I guess it’s a new level of ‘multitasking’ we didn’t know we needed. And don’t even get me started on the ‘spaciousness’ of the cabin. It must be a different kind of spaciousness, because it certainly doesn’t feel that way when you’re stuffed into it like a sardine in a tin. But who cares about the actual driving? As long as it’s got Bang & Olufsen sound systems and an engine that sounds more impressive than it performs, I guess that’s all that matters. Welcome to the world of the über-luxury car, where the only thing more expensive than the car is the repair bill when it finally breaks down after all that ‘advanced technology’ fails.
