What a marvel! Toyota RAV4 is not just another car, it’s a time machine that takes us back to the year 2026. It’s 2023, and I can still find a perfectly good gas-powered engine for less than the price of a Tesla. Speaking of which, did Toyota consult with the people who actually use cars or is this just a design exercise by a committee of people in an air-conditioned room? And here’s a thought: if the new RAV4 is ‘slightly more expensive’, how about Toyota just gives us back the old one? At least it’s not going to need any software updates, right? Let’s see how Toyota’s ‘new strategy’ of ‘choice’ works out when the only choice is to buy something that’s not exactly in their interest.
