Breezy Johnson, a 29-year-old female alpine skier, won the downhill event at the World Alpine Skiing Championships in Saalbach, Austria, marking her first major victory in her career. Her grandmother convinced her mother to give her a unique name, and she learned to ski at the age of 3 in the family driveway. After a long period of recovery, she finally returned to the track and defeated the Austrian Mirjam Puchner by 15 hundredths of a second.
